Welcome to Learnders, an online learning platform operated by ADIGITEAM WEBDEV & DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES (Advance Digital Team) ("we", "us", or "our").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Learnders platform, including all online courses, in-person trainings, content, and services.

By accessing or using Learnders, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Learnders is a digital learning platform that provides:

          The platform is initially designed for professionals in the construction industry, with potential expansion into other industries.

          By using Learnders, you confirm that:

          • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent

          • You provide accurate and complete information

          • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines

          • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

          • You are responsible for all activities under your account

          • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

          Upon enrollment or purchase:

          • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access course content

          • Access is for personal and professional use only

          You may NOT:

          • Share, resell, or distribute course content

          • Upload content to other platforms

          • Allow multiple users to access a single account

          • All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP), unless otherwise stated

          • Payments are processed via third-party providers

          • You agree to pay all applicable fees upon purchase

          We reserve the right to:

          • Modify pricing at any time

          • Offer discounts, promotions, or bundles

          Due to the digital nature of our products:

          • All sales are generally final and non-refundable

          Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

          • Duplicate payment

          • Verified technical issues preventing access

          Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

          • Branding and design

          Learnders may allow third-party instructors to publish content.

          • Instructors retain ownership of their materials

          • Learnders is granted the right to host, display, and distribute such content

          • We reserve the right to remove content that violates policies or standards

          You agree NOT to:

          • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

          • Share pirated or unauthorized content

          • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the system

          • Harass or harm other users

          Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

          Learnders may conduct face-to-face trainings, workshops, and seminars ("Events").

          • Event slots are limited and confirmed upon full payment

          • Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of your slot

          • Event fees are generally non-refundable

          • Rescheduling or transfer may be allowed at our discretion

          • If Learnders cancels the Event, a refund or rescheduling will be provided

          You agree to:

          • Follow venue rules and safety protocols

          • Act professionally and respectfully

          • You voluntarily assume risks associated with attending Events

          • Learnders is not liable for injuries or incidents except in cases of gross negligence

          • Events may be recorded via photo or video

          • Materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes

          • All courses and trainings are for educational purposes only

          • We do not guarantee specific results, project outcomes, or financial success

          Use of knowledge and tools is at your own risk.

          To the fullest extent permitted by law:

          ADIGITEAM WEBDEV & DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES shall not be liable for:

          • Indirect or consequential damages

          • Loss of income, profits, or opportunities

          • System interruptions or technical issues

          We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with:

          • Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012)

          By using Learnders, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for platform operations, communication, and service improvement.

          Transactions conducted through Learnders are governed by:

          Electronic agreements, payments, and communications shall be considered legally binding.

          especially in cases of violation of these Terms.

          Continued use of Learnders constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

          These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
