Learnders may conduct face-to-face trainings, workshops, and seminars ("Events").
Event slots are limited and confirmed upon full payment
Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of your slot
Event fees are generally non-refundable
Rescheduling or transfer may be allowed at our discretion
If Learnders cancels the Event, a refund or rescheduling will be provided
You agree to:
Follow venue rules and safety protocols
Act professionally and respectfully
You voluntarily assume risks associated with attending Events
Learnders is not liable for injuries or incidents except in cases of gross negligence
Events may be recorded via photo or video
Materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
All courses and trainings are for educational purposes only
We do not guarantee specific results, project outcomes, or financial success
Use of knowledge and tools is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
